This pillar is built around six weekly exercises—three for your body and three for your mind—that create a powerful base for well-being. When you do them is entirely up to you. Whether you stretch in the morning, take a walk during lunch, or meditate at night, the rhythm is yours to create.
The only goal is consistency.
Through physical activities like workouts, yoga, or walking, you’ll nurture your body and rediscover its vitality. Meanwhile, mental exercises such as meditation, logic puzzles, or learning a new language or instrument will awaken and sharpen your mind.
