At Happy Nation, we’re always thinking of new ways for people to get involved and grow together.

One of those ways is the Happy Nation Games—our annual pre-summer well-being challenge. This free, 21-day online event takes place every April/May and offers a fun, accessible way to work on yourself without committing to a full wellyou program. It serves as both a gateway into the Happy Nation ecosystem and a sneak peek at wellyou.

By now, you know we’re all about a holistic, science-based, and gamified approach to health. Over the course of three weeks, you’ll take on daily challenges designed to enhance your physical, mental, and social well-being.

These science-backed activities will challenge you, introduce you to new experiences, and leave you feeling proud—all in just 30–45 minutes a day. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already on your well-being journey, the Happy Nation Games are for you.

How does it work?

Every morning, a new physical challenge awaits you in the app. Simply change into comfortable clothes, hit play, and let a new instructor guide you through the day’s activity. From full-body workouts to yin yoga and deep stretching, each trainer brings their own focus to help you stay active and energized. With different difficulty levels, the challenges are accessible to everyone—whether you’re just starting out, looking to stay in shape, or an athlete preparing for the season ahead. It’s the perfect way to get moving and feel great as summer approaches.

Then we have the mental challenge: a three-minute gratitude practice. Science shows that gratitude is one of the most powerful tools for boosting happiness and mental health. Reflect on the positive aspects of your life with the help of unique daily prompts, and in just a week, you’ll notice a difference in how you feel.

The social challenge is all about fostering connection and spreading positivity. Each day, you’ll be encouraged to perform an act of kindness. Whether it’s lending a hand to someone in need, strengthening your existing bonds, or stepping out into your local community to make a difference, these activities are designed to nurture a sense of belonging and shared purpose. By focusing on meaningful interactions, you’ll not only brighten someone else’s day but also experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from making genuine connections.
