When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Now that we’ve covered the three pillars—Essential Training, Personal To-Dos, and Weekly Themes—that help establish your weekly routine, it’s time to introduce the challenges.

These challenges invite you to step beyond the familiar, explore new experiences, and boost your well-being—all grounded in science, of course! Think of them as little adventures with a big impact. Some may already be familiar, while others might open doors to entirely new experiences.

The challenges are grouped into three key areas and we’ve included an example of each:

Cultural activities e.g. going to the museum

Social impact e.g. volunteering

Personal growth e.g.visiting a new city

Each challenge is a chance to try something new, reconnect with what matters, and grow as a person. And because the program is gamified, you’ll earn points and badges for every challenge you complete, adding an extra layer of motivation and fun.
