But don’t worry, this isn’t about strict rules or rigid diets. It’s about learning how to make balanced, informed choices that support your goals, while leaving room for flexibility and enjoyment.

Our nutrition guidelines are simple and focus on the basics. There are things we encourage you to enjoy more of and others we recommend reducing or limiting.
But here’s the best part: nothing is completely off-limits. That’s where the Joker System comes in. Life happens, and whether it’s a special day or an indulgent weekend, jokers let you enjoy those moments guilt-free while staying on track with your overall progress.

Why collect points?
Among other reasons, to earn more jokers! As you move through the program and complete challenges, you’ll unlock additional jokers to use as you choose, giving you the flexibility to balance discipline with enjoyment.
You can also earn points by trying out specific dietary approaches for one week, with compounding rewards if you stick with it for a month—or longer. For example, one of our users, who completed three programs, decided to try veganism for a week during her first program. This is something that she always wanted to try and wellyou presented her a perfect opportunity and encouragement to take that first step.. What started as a one-week experiment extended to a month, and now, years later, she’s thriving as a vegan—a change she had envisioned for herself.
The idea is simple: work on yourself first, building healthier habits along the way, and then enjoy your indulgences with intention and balance.
