Don’t try to conquer the world on an empty stomach.

Of course, a holistic wellbeing program would not be complete without healthy nutrition. Any doctor will confirm that a healthy and balanced diet is the basis for happiness. How do you expect to feel good when, instead of giving your cells the nutrients they need, you strain them by consuming processed foods full of pesticides and other toxins?

We can do all the physical and mental training we want but if we are eating unhealthy, we are not doing our body and mind any favors. During the program, we will follow wellyou’s nutritional guidelines. Intake of unhealthy foods is limited by so-called units. For example, we limit our intake of sugar by 3 units a week. Along with this goes the mood tracker: a tool that helps keep track of our thoughts and feelings and brings awareness to changing patterns throughout the program.
