From theory to reality

Every Sunday evening, you’ll unlock a new theme to focus on for the upcoming week. Drawing from research in happiness and well-being, these themes cover a wide range of topics. 

To name a few: the power of gratitude, spending time in nature, how to raise your quality of life…

Together, they give you a well-rounded understanding of what contributes to a fulfilling life.

Because it’s all about moving from knowledge to action, every theme has a simple but meaningful task connected to that theme, allowing you to experience firsthand how the science feels on an experiential level – so you can see the benefits for yourself. 

A simple example: gratitude can increase your happiness by 25% (Emmons, 2007)*. But how will you achieve this if you don’t actually DO the exercise? 

What makes this feature so exciting is the element of surprise and curiosity. Each week offers a fresh new perspective, keeping your journey engaging and full of new experiences.
